Introduction Art master Ch’i-yun once says: “ Form remains lifeless when not animated by spirit; yet lacking knowledge and method, the energy of spirit will not be transmitted to the work of art.” As a musician many things in life are what complete the foundations of expression in music, considering too, knowledge and technique. I’ve been teaching currently for 8 years, all experiences with many beautiful people has helped me understand the many situations and perceptions, many students seek to learn music. As a teacher, my job is to first teach the future pianists to love music, just as they want it to do. Once you love it, “Work” becomes meditation and playing transforms into expressing a meaning that you will feel and would be glad to share with the people you love or even the highest of audiences. My philosophy through music is to help my musicians grow, with music, as you do with the other experiences of everyday life. Because music for me is a lifestyle in which the universe of life conjuncts through sound and emotions. Background Studied in Medellin, Colombia, since 9 years old with Gloria Ster, then moved to the USA, at the age of 15 and studied with American teacher Dr. Heather Coltman, Russian teacher Dr. Irena Kofman and currently studying with Canadian teacher Dr. Edward Turgeon.
